Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
Assist Sales Team: Provide support in day-to-day sales operations, including preparing sales materials and presentations.
Customer Outreach: Help identify and reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media.
2. Data Management
CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy.
Reporting: Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
3. Market Research
Competitor Analysis: Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to provide insights for sales strategies.
Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences.
4. Administrative Support
Documentation: Assist in preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Help schedule and organize meetings with clients and team members.
Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn about data analysis and reporting.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
