Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
    Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding:
    Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Employee Records Management:
    Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • HR Administration:
    Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing files, and handling correspondence.
  • Employee Engagement:
    Support initiatives aimed at promoting employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
  • Training and Development:
    Help organize training sessions and employee development programs.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus
