Job Description
Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Onboarding:
Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions. - Employee Records Management:
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. - HR Administration:
Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing files, and handling correspondence. - Training and Development:
Support the organization of training sessions and employee development programs. - Employee Engagement:
Help with initiatives to promote employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail. - Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
