Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including processing paperwork and maintaining personnel files
  • Help with the coordination of employee training and development programs
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and employee database
  • Provide support in the recruitment and selection process, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events and employee engagement activities
  • Assist in the research and compilation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related information
  • Perform administrative duties, such as answering employee inquiries, preparing reports, and providing general HR support
  • Gain exposure to various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, and HR analytics

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources or people management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Knowledge of HR software and HRIS systems is a plus
