Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, managing files, and handling correspondence.
- Support initiatives aimed at promoting employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs.
Qualifications
- Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Communication Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Organizational Skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Technical Proficiency
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
