Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform financial analysis and data modeling to support decision-making processes
  • Gather and analyze financial data from various sources to generate insights and recommendations
  • Participate in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes
  • Assist with the coordination of financial audits and compliance activities
  • Contribute to the research and analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and financial regulations
  • Provide administrative support, such as filing, document organization, and data entry, as needed
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to gain a broader understanding of the finance function
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take on additional tasks, and contribute to the team’s success

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manipulate financial data
  • Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Familiarity with financial statements, accounting principles, and financial analysis techniques
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to the finance function
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
