Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the school’s technology team to develop and deliver engaging training sessions on educational software, hardware, and digital learning platforms
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to help teachers, staff, and students understand and effectively utilize the school’s technology resources
- Create and maintain training materials, such as user guides, tutorials, and presentations, to support the training curriculum
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, helping them resolve common software and hardware issues
- Gather feedback from training participants and suggest improvements to the training program
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, user progress, and any technical issues encountered
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the school’s technology lab, ensuring the equipment and resources are well-maintained
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in educational technology and training
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to technology integration and user adoption within the school
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on additional tasks as needed
