Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

  • Document Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
  • Office Supplies: Help manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.

2. Communication

  • Phone and Email Support: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and handle correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during meetings.

3. Data Entry and Reporting

  • Data Management: Enter and update data in spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Report Preparation: Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management and team meetings.

4. Research and Analysis

  • Information Gathering: Conduct research on various topics as needed to support administrative projects.
  • Process Improvement: Help identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and workflows.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Cross-Department Support: Collaborate with different teams to provide administrative assistance and support their initiatives.
  • Project Assistance: Participate in special projects as assigned by supervisors, contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipmen
