Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the research and development of new carpet design concepts, taking inspiration from current trends, client preferences, and sustainable design principles
- Contribute to the creation of detailed design sketches, color palettes, and pattern renderings using design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Collaborate with the design team to refine and finalize carpet designs, ensuring they meet technical specifications and production requirements
- Participate in the selection of materials, textures, and construction methods to enhance the design and performance of the carpets
- Assist in the preparation of design presentations and samples for client meetings and product showcases
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences
- Provide support in maintaining the organization and cataloging of the company’s design archives and library
- Contribute to the development of product marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogs, and digital content
- Assist in the coordination of the design and production process, ensuring timely delivery of samples and final products
