Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
  • Help with employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and team-building activities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs.
  • Provide support in administering employee benefits and leave management.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about various HR functions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
