Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.
- Help with network management tasks, including monitoring network performance and ensuring connectivity.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects, including software updates and system upgrades.
- Document technical procedures and user guides to enhance team knowledge and assist end-users.
- Support IT initiatives related to cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and assets.
- Collaborate with team members on various IT projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices to support IT operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and end-users.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in IT support or related internships is a plus.
