Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation.
- Help with employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and team-building activities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs.
- Provide support in administering employee benefits and leave management.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about various HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
