Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies
  • Assist with the organization and maintenance of filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Perform data entry and update records in the organization’s information systems
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
  • Support the planning and execution of office-related projects and initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide information and insights to support decision-making
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional departments as needed
  • Demonstrate a proactive and problem-solving mindset to address administrative challenges
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or associate’s degree program in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and organized records
  • Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to the overall success of the organization
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus
