Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office supplies
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of filing systems, both physical and digital
- Perform data entry and update records in the organization’s information systems
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes
- Support the planning and execution of office-related projects and initiatives
- Conduct research and analysis to provide information and insights to support decision-making
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional departments as needed
- Demonstrate a proactive and problem-solving mindset to address administrative challenges
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or associate’s degree program in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate and organized records
- Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to the overall success of the organization
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus
