Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including processing paperwork and maintaining personnel files
- Help with the coordination of employee training and development programs
- Contribute to the maintenance of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and employee database
- Provide support in the recruitment and selection process, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events and employee engagement activities
- Assist in the research and compilation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance-related information
- Perform administrative duties, such as answering employee inquiries, preparing reports, and providing general HR support
- Gain exposure to various HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, and HR analytics
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources or people management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of HR software and HRIS systems is a plus
