Job Description

Position summary:

HR intern is a temporary position within the WCC HR department. We are
seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable
support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of
administrative tasks, including updating employee records, screening resumes,
and scheduling interviews and taking part of daily HR task.
This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR
operations and gain insight into our organization’s approach to, recruiting,
employee relation, Performance Management, polies and procedure
implementation, staff payroll and many other HR related experience.
As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our
HR policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will
be utilized in maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with various
HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to maintain and update all personnel files in accordance with legal
    requirements.
    Assist to post and advertise the vacant position through appropriate web
    side.
  • Assist to screening resumes and application forms.
  • Assist the long-listing process, selection and preparation of interview
    committee, follow-up with interviewees and ensuring the receipt of required
    documentations
  • Assisting to schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
    Assist in conducting employee on-boarding process including preparation
    offer letters, presenting orientation program and ensuring all new hire
    paperwork are completed in a timely manner and filed appropriately.
  • Assist to maintain and update staff Attendance, Time Sheet and Leave
    Management record system.
  • Assist to maintain and update Vacancy Announcement Tracking Sheet
    Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor that are within the
    general scope of the described responsibilities of HR section

Qualification:

  • Academic Background and Knowledge/ Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
  • Frish Graduated.
  • Basic knowledge of Afghanistan labor law.
