Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Support

2. Research and Analysis

3. Reporting and Monitoring
- Compliance Monitoring:Â Support the monitoring of compliance with internal policies and external regulations, assisting in audits and assessments.
- Reporting:Â Help prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
4. Training and Awareness
- Training Support:Â Assist in the development and delivery of compliance training programs for employees to promote awareness of compliance issues.
- Communication:Â Help communicate compliance requirements and updates to staff and stakeholders.
5. Administrative Tasks
- Meeting Coordination:Â Assist in organizing compliance meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Follow-Up:Â Support follow-up actions from compliance meetings and audits to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications
- Education:Â Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
