Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and facilitating training sessions.
- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in policy development.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in HR or a related field is a plus but not required.
